My Home WiFi ("we," "us") helps people find and sign up for home internet service from providers available at their address. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you fill out our form, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email, home address, ZIP code, current internet provider, approximate monthly bill, the service you're interested in, and your preferred time to be called. We also collect basic website data, such as pages visited and the ad that brought you to our site, using cookies and tools like the Meta Pixel.

How we use it

We use your information to check which internet plans are available at your address, to contact you by phone, text, or email about those options, to help you sign up if you choose to, and to improve our website and ads.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with our partner sales teams and internet providers so they can check availability and help you sign up, and with service providers that run our website and ads. We do not sell your personal information.

Calls and texts

If you agree on our form, we and our partners may call or text you about internet service, including with automated technology. Consent is not required to buy anything. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell us on a call that you don't want to be contacted again.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing info@getmyhomewifi.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
